Job Description:
BCRC is seeking a dynamic and experienced Counseling Manager to join our team. The Counseling Manager will play a pivotal role in attracting new clients to the business, selling our services, and providing personalized counseling to help them make informed decisions about their academic and professional futures.
Responsibilities:
- Lead student sales efforts to promote BCRC’s services and attract potential clients.
- Develop and implement strategies to acquire new students and clients, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Conduct consultations with prospective clients to understand their needs, goals, and preferences.
- Provide personalized counseling and guidance to clients regarding study abroad options, English language proficiency tests such as IELTS, immigration pathways, and career opportunities.
- Assist clients in selecting suitable universities, colleges, or destinations based on their academic background, interests, and career aspirations.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the education and immigration sectors to provide accurate and relevant information to clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, immigration agencies, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience and achieve organizational goals.
