Job Responsibilities:

• Ensuring patients receive safe and effective care.
• Monitoring and evaluating the quality of patient care delivered by the nursing staff.
• Supervising and managing the nursing staff, including scheduling, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
• Ensuring the nursing staff has the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
• Ensuring adherence to relevant regulations and standards.
• Communicating effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
• Collaborating with other departments and teams to improve patient care and hospital operations.
• Acting as a liaison between the nursing staff, hospital administration & Nursing College.
