Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Computing & Information System

Experience

  • At least 1 year
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Telecommunication, IT Enabled Service, ISP

Additional Requirements

  • Age 22 to 30 years
  • Have working experience with Network Devices like Cisco, MikroTik, Juniper, Fortinet etc.
  • Sound knowledge of Wi-Fi Router and Access Point.
  • Good knowledge about Routing Protocols.
  • Must possess strong communication skills in English, including reading, listening, writing, and speaking.
  • Candidates must have an average IELTS score of at least 7.00.
  • Maintain good communication with Clients and Colleagues.
  • Obey all the rules and regulations of the Organization.

Responsibilities & Context

We are looking for a Junior IT Support/ Technical SupportĀ  engineer who is experienced in the area of IT such as PC, networking, being able to set up, configure, and manage complex office networks. Give support to the customers over phone, email, text and remote access.

Your primary duty will be the night shift, Monday to Friday. Please note that shift timings may be adjusted on a roster basis according to company needs.

  • Give customers technical support on surveillance system ( IP camera) related software. In that case we will train employees
  • Video investigation and pull. In that case we will train employees.
  • Work with our tech team to verify camera angles, reprogram computers, up/down status and testing of systems. In that case we will train employees.
  • Firmware upgrades on cameras and VMS. In that case we will train employees.
  • Dive dive to get units/ remote machines up. In that case we will train employees.
  • Video lost investigations of ip cameras. In that case we will train employees.
  • Vital Sign Monitoring. In that case we will train employees.
  • Audits of systems, maintain correct camera counts for monitoring, maintain mobile unit counts. In that case we will train employees.
  • Create work orders within the jobber and monitor work order and login to jobs assigned that day to the check system. In that case we will train employees.
  • Maintain communication with customers and partners to ensure that all units are running smoothly.
  • Work with customers for password issues dealing with routers.
  • Configure and Troubleshoot IP Cameras, Routers, Switches, Firewalls, WiFi etc.
  • Configure and Troubleshoot Layers and VPN
  • Ensure Customer Support over Phone, Email, Remote Access .
  • Monitor Core Network Devices of the Company and Customer Network.
  • Attending incoming Call of Customers.
