Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Environmental Science, Master of Science (MSc) in Environmental Science, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA)
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Science, Business Administration, HRM, Environmental Science, or a related discipline
  • Must hold active SLCP Verifier credentials

Experience

  • At least 3 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Audit Firms /Tax Consultant, Third Party Auditor (Quality, Health, Environment, Compliance

Additional Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years in social/labor compliance auditing
  • Strong understanding of labor rights, ethical sourcing, and social compliance
  • Must have excellent English speaking, writing, and comprehension skills
  • Strong skills in documentation, analysis, and reporting
  • High ethical standards, integrity, and impartiality
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SLCP verification tools

Responsibilities & Context

Job Summary:

PDCA International Ltd. is looking for professionals who are APSCA Member Auditors with active SLCP-approved verifier credentials. The selected candidate must hold both credentials and will be responsible for conducting SLCP verifications and social audits, with frequent onsite audits across Bangladesh and occasionally abroad, as per the Converged Assessment Framework (CAF) and SLCP protocols, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and professionalism in all activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct independent SLCP verifications and social compliance audits as per protocol and brand requirements
  • Prepare high-quality verification and audit reports with accurate and objective findings
  • Maintain up-to-date records of audit logs, CPD hours, and relevant documentation
  • Participate in calibration sessions, mandatory training, and contribute to continuous process improvement
  • Perform any additional SLCP and social audit–related tasks assigned by the Program Manager
