Responsibilities & Context

• Planning of the finishing section (ironing, folding, packing, tagging) to ensure on-time shipment.
• Ensure finished garments meet quality standards (AQL) and buyer specifications.
• Set SMV ( Standard Minute Value) and monitor production efficiency.
• Supervise and train finishing staff to maintain productivity and efficiency.
• Monitor workflow, resolve defects, and implement process improvements.
• Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and labor regulations.
• Coordinate with cutting, sewing, and quality teams for smooth production flow.
• Prepare daily reports on finishing output, defects, and efficiency.
