Additional Requirements

The candidate shall have relevant experience in a reputed RMG company who has managed compliance administration within the organization and in its outsourcing factories and should have a good exposure to handling compliance audits by local and international monitoring firms (BSCI,SEDEX, ICS, WRAP, OCS, GRS, RWS,RCS, GOTS, Oeko-Tex, Higg, Scan, C-TPAT, WCA etc) Bangladesh Labor Act & Rules

Ensure & implement factory compliance requirements as per buyer COC & legal standards.
Conduct internal audit & CAP development with root cause analysis. Need to take necessary initiative to remedy of all non-compliance findings consecutively.
Maintain relationship with worker between management to avoid any grievance.
Prepare & update of all compliance related documents/registers as per buyer’s requirement.
Monitor daily workers safety issue about health & safety, Fire safety, Accident & root cause analysis.
Arrange training such as Orientation, Health & Safety, Fire Training, First Aid, MSDS, CSDS and Security Awareness training etc. effectively.
Counseling and motivation to factory Employees.
To arrange all kinds of meeting (Compliance Issue), make up to date the registers.
Any other task assign by the Management.
