Additional Requirements

• Age 18 to 40 years

• 1 to 3 years of practical experience in video editing and graphic design roles, preferably within agencies, clinics, lifestyle brands, beauty & wellness, or fast-paced startups.
• A solid portfolio showcasing both video and graphic design work is mandatory.
• Only experienced candidates are encouraged to apply
• Hands-on expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop (experience with Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Canva is a plus)
• Deep understanding of video editing techniques: framing, pacing, sound syncing, transitions, and storytelling
• Knowledge of color grading, audio balancing, and lighting correction in post-production
• Familiarity with design principles including visual hierarchy, typography, branding, and user engagement
• Strong sense of aesthetics and the ability to translate ideas into engaging visuals
• A collaborative mindset with strong communication skills and the ability to accept feedback constructively

Responsibilities & Context

Graphic Design

• Develop visually appealing graphics for digital and print media (social media posts, banners, brochures, flyers, logos, etc.).
• Maintain brand consistency across all designs.
• Create layouts and illustrations based on marketing requirements.

Video Editing

• Edit raw video footage into polished content for social media, ads, YouTube, and promotional campaigns.
• Add music, voice-overs, subtitles, and visual effects where needed.
• Optimize videos for various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).

Content Creation Support

• Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative ideas.
• Assist in planning and storyboarding for video shoots when required.
• Capture basic photos/videos if necessary during events or product shoots.

Software Proficiency

• Work with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Canva, After Effects) or equivalent tools.
• Use design and editing tools to meet fast turnaround requirements.

File Management

• Properly organize and archive all design and video assets.
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.

Market Awareness

• Stay updated on design trends, especially those popular in Bangladesh’s social media and advertising landscape.
• Adapt and apply creative strategies that appeal to the local target audience.

Deadline & Quality Management

• Deliver high-quality outputs under tight deadlines.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
