Responsibilities & Context

• Monitor and analyze daily/weekly/monthly KPIs.
• Generate performance dashboards and reports for management.
• Collaborate with departments to understand performance trends and root causes.
• Track and analyze the performance of employees using key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Prepare reports on performance analysis.
• Recommend corrective actions for underperforming areas.
• Manage reward programs through Performance Management Systems.
• Collaborate with product, sales, and customer support teams.
• Maintain data accuracy and integrity in reporting systems.
• Visit all branches as required.
• Any other task assigned by Management.
