Responsibilities & Context

Job Location: British Bangla Chemical Limited, Sreemangal, Moulvibazar.

Responsibility:

• Design and implement control systems for automation and process optimization.
• Maintenance of Circuit, electronics board, PCB, PLC, Operating board, Power board, Voltage feedback board etc.
• Perform inspections, preventive maintenance, and upgrades on electrical & electronics components.
• Supervise and coordinate electrical & electronic maintenance activates and repair schedules to minimize downtime.
• Prepare technical reports, documentation, and maintenance logs.
• Handle instrumentation tasks including calibration and integration.
• Perform installation of automation systems and control panels.
• Execute Motor Control Panel, Troubleshooting, and solution design.
• Good knowledge Design and assemble PLC-based control panels for industrial automation systems.
• Operate and maintain machinery according to manuals.
• Identify and solve engineering problems effectively.
• Prepare technical documentation and specifications for projects.
