Responsibilities & Context

Job Description / Responsibility

• Leadership quality and supervise manpower who will work under his supervision.
• Responsible for sales, collection and dues of company.
• Responsible for increasing sales & collection every month and analyze growth rate.
• Responsible for monitoring all field force activities.
• Responsible for implementing all circulation and company policy throughout nationally.
• Responsible for ensuring that all field force meet the minimum base target and meet the product-wise minimum sales target.
• Responsible for solving all kinds of problems in the market.
• Responsible for visiting doctors, chemists and Farms vigorously.
• Responsible for making time to time product and marketing strategy to improve sales & Collection.
• Responsible for taking reports daily from field force regarding their daily activities and giving them direction accordingly.
• Responsible for preparing monthly product wise sales target and submitting to management one month earlier.
• To prepare monthly budget of Sales and Marketing Department and submitting to management.
