• Bachelor/Honors

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; preference for Security ManagementRetired
• Armed Forces personnel with relevant industrial security experience preferred

Experience

• At least 2 years

• 5+ years of experience in security management, law enforcement, or the armed forces

• In-depth knowledge of security technologies, including:

Responsibilities & Context

• Develop and implement robust security strategies, policies, and procedures.
• Assess risks, investigate breaches, and apply mitigation measures.
• Lead and manage a team of security personnel, including hiring, training, and performance reviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security into business operations.
• Maintain and enforce a comprehensive 24/7 Security Plan and emergency preparedness system.
• Coordinate with local police, fire services, and disaster management agencies.
• Operate and manage an around-the-clock emergency response team.
• Conduct routine inspections of all security posts to ensure staffing, readiness, and professional standards.
• Monitor and control vehicle entry/exit logs, conduct inspections, and manage traffic flow per logistics schedules.
• Oversee GPS tracking for high-risk or company vehicles.
• Supervise biometric access and ID badge systems for employees, contractors, and laborers.
• Enforce strict protocols for physical inspection of incoming and outgoing goods.
• Implement a structured visitor management system, including ID verification and escort protocols.
• Organize monthly security workshops and conduct daily security briefings.
• Operate a confidential hotline for reporting harassment, theft, or safety violations.
• Ensure 24/7 real-time monitoring of 100+ CCTV cameras in critical zones with a 99% uptime target.
• Maintain accurate documentation: vehicle logs, gate passes, visitor records, incident reports, and equipment status logs.
• Conduct regular security audits, assessments, and inspections to identify and address gaps.
• Maintain and regularly update emergency response plans with defined roles for all employees.
• Collaborate with external security vendors and law enforcement agencies for enhanced measures.
• Promote a culture of security awareness through training and communication initiatives.
• Manage access control systems, surveillance technology, and security hardware/software.
• Investigate security incidents, document findings, and implement corrective actions.
• Stay current with emerging security trends, threats, technologies, and compliance requirements.
