Position Review: We’re looking for an experienced “Sr. Student Counsellor” specializing in Australian education to join our team. This role focuses on providing guidance to students seeking study opportunities in Australia and overseeing the complete admission and visa process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized counselling to students about Australian universities, courses, and admission criteria.
- Guide students through the application process, ensuring accurate documentation and timely submissions.
- Assist students with visa applications, ensuring compliance with Australian visa requirements and policies.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of Genuine Temporary Entrant (GTE) and Genuine Student (GS) criteria to evaluate students’ suitability and enhance visa success rates.
- Stay updated on Australian education policies, scholarships, and study opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with university representatives and partner institutions.
- Conduct student interviews to assess their academic and financial background, ensuring alignment with Australian education requirements.
- Participate in education fairs, workshops, and promotional events to support recruitment efforts.
- Guide students in writing Statements of Purpose (SOP) that reflect their academic and career aspirations.
