- Provide information about cafe’s products/features/services through telephone
- Answering incoming calls from customers and ensuring the ultimate solution
- Respond to customer inquiries
- Receiving customer complaints and providing them information about the resolution of the same
- Maintain call logs and prepare reports
- Troubleshoot/ helping to resolve customer service problems
- Record any client complaints
- Deliver accurate information about new product to clients
