JOB CONTEXT:
Softkem Properties Ltd is engaged to real estate business in Bangladesh. Softkem is looking for a results- driven and detail-oriented Multinational company business development experienced candidate. The right candidate will have an instinctive ability to recognize, retain, and respect the talent within the organization, and help guide employees to reach their full potential through support and mentorship. This dedicated leader will develop and maintain control of all business sales & Marketing and will be an experienced and efficient leader with excellent people skills, business acumen, and an exemplary work ethic. The ideal individual will also be a strategic planner with the essential ability to specify, strategize, and define opportunities.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing business plans, creating and managing international sales accounts, and driving partnerships and trade promotions to achieve business objectives.
- Develop and implement commercial strategies according to company goals and objectives aiming to accelerate growth.
- Conduct market research and analysis to create detailed business plans on commercial opportunities (expansion, business development) etc.
- Understand the requirements of existing customers to ensure their needs are being met Collaborate with and coordinate diverse teams (marketing, sales, customer service etc.
- Build and maintain profitable partnerships with key stakeholders.
- Monitor performance of commercial activities using key metrics and prepare reports for senior management
- Experience building high performing teams, including the ability to recognize and cultivate rising talent required
- Adept at transitioning seamlessly from a strategic level vision to day-to-day tactical operations required
- A demonstrated execution mindset and a record of success holding people accountable required
- Understanding of and ability to create healthy organizational culture required
- business opportunities, and establishing strategic relationships with key stakeholders
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills required.
- English Fluency in writing, reading and speaking.
