• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premier Pro)
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work including branding, digital ads, video graphics, and print.
• Excellent visual storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail, typography, color, and composition.
• Ability to work collaboratively, accept feedback constructively, and adapt designs based on data and audience insights.
• Leadership qualities with experience mentoring junior designers or leading creative projects.

Responsibilities & Context

• Lead the conceptualization and execution of innovative design projects—from digital campaigns, websites, and social media assets to print materials and brand identity.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and product teams to create cohesive and compelling visuals that drive engagement and conversions.
• Mentor and inspire junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity, excellence, and continuous learning.
• Stay ahead of design trends and tools, pushing the boundaries of creativity while maintaining brand consistency.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality.
