  • Experience in inventory management and catering coordination.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food services.

  • Working Conditions: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required.

Responsibilities & Context

Administrative Support:

  • Provide administrative assistance to the store and catering departments.
  • Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring easy retrieval of information.

Store Management:

  • Assist with inventory management, including tracking stock levels and ordering supplies.
  • Process invoices, ensuring timely payment and delivery of goods.
  • Monitor and report on stock levels, ensuring adequate supply for operations.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality of products.

Catering Services:

  • Assist in the planning and coordination of catering service for three canteens, ensuring all details are managed effectively.
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain records of catering orders, events, and feedback for continuous improvement.

Compliance and Reporting:

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in store and catering operations.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on inventory, catering activities, and other relevant metrics.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to company policies and standards.

Customer Service:

  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Ensure a positive experience for all stakeholders interacting with store and catering services.
