Responsibilities & Context

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional to join our Credit Recovery Team. This role requires sound knowledge of the credit collection process, with a focus on Recovery and maintaining long-term customer relationships.

• To coordinate the credit recovery and closely monitor the overdue status of all credit files.
• To prepare a list of critical files in terms of poor collection or higher overdue.
• Taking initiative to facilitate regular collection from customers to keep the cash flow smooth.
• To follow up with team members to ensure credit collection on time.
• Preparing weekly/ monthly reports on collection, customers’ outstanding, and sharing the data with the respective Sales personnel.
• Motivating the critical customer to collect overdues.Maintaining liaise with law enforcement authorities related to credit recovery or captured products.
• Reinforce action against overdue customers and ensure recovery from those customers with proper planning.
• Prepare the required documentation for legal actions against unresponsive customers.
• Visiting the critical files throughout the country as and when required.
• Assigning responsibilities to the subordinates and ensuring the completion of the work.
• Any other tasks as per the requirements of the Management.
