Responsibilities & Context

• Fleet Management: Oversee the daily operations of the fleet, ensuring all vehicles are maintained and in good working condition.
• Schedule regular maintenance and repairs, coordinating with service providers.
• Monitor and manage fleet expenses, ensuring cost-effective operations.
• Maintain detailed records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and compliance with safety regulations.
• Ensure all drivers adhere to company policies and safety standards.
• Guest Coordination: Manage guest transportation, accomodation logistics, ensuring timely and efficient service.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure guests’ needs are met.
• Handle guest inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and hospitality in all guest interactions.
• Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with local and national transportation regulations.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on fleet operations and guest services.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to company policies and standards.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the operations team to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Provide training and support to drivers and other team members as needed.
