Responsibilities & Context
Role Description:
- Manage life reinsurance treaty business for Life Insurance Companies & corporate clients.
- Assess and structure reinsurance support for employer-sponsored life insurance plans (GLI, GTLI).
- Evaluate risk exposures and pricing proposals, ensuring alignment with underwriting guidelines.
- Liaise with cedants, brokers, and internal actuarial teams to finalize terms and conditions.
- Monitor portfolio performance and provide technical support for renewals and client engagement.
- Ensure regulatory compliance with IDRA norms and support audit & reporting requirements.
- Support business development teams with reinsurance solutions for EB tenders and RFP
