Additional Requirements

  • Age 35 to 45 years
  • Experience at least Eight (08) year as Deputy Manager/Asst. Manager – Corporate / Modern / Institutional Sales is mandatory.
  • Experience in FMCG (Food Product) will be given preference
  • Must be committed, sincere, dynamic, proactive, dedicated, promising, good negotiator, diligent, energetic & result oriented with good communicator & negotiator.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Academic Qualification & age will be flexible for more experienced candidate.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Chain/ Strategic Super Shop, Super Shop, Corporate Sales, Business Agreement, Credit Handling, Brand Promoting & Brand Visibility.
  • Identify mission, vision & business objectives as per company’s business goods. Design, implement & facilitate annual sales plans.
  • To find the potential customer like Chain Super Shop, Non-Chain Super Shop, Hospital, Pharmaceuticals & 5, 4, 3 Star Hotels, Restaurant, Garments and build up a successful strong business relationship with them as well as the existing customers.
  • To able to generate new idea to expand business & to collect dues.
  • Must have the experience in relevant position to build up & promote business with esteemed Chain Super Shop, Non-Chain Super Shop, Hospital, Pharmaceuticals, Restaurants, Garments, Hotels etc. by our FMCG (Food Products) like Chinigura Rice, Minikate Rice, Toast Biscuits, Mustard Oil, Red Lentils, Puffed Rice etc.
  • Must have a good Relation with Strategic or Chain Super Shop and Non-strategic or Non-Chain Super Shop.
  • Should have known the sound business system with close customer.
  • To be able to handle and receive the Market Credit.
