Experience

Additional Requirements
- Age 22 to 38 years
- A2P/ Bulk SMS Service 2 years or above experience in related field.
- Related Experience in SMSC, SMPP, HTTP will be considered as an added advantage.
Responsibilities & Context
Organization Introduction:
Smart Communications is a licensed company in Bangladesh which follows all regulation of the country. The company provides technical and online sales support to different international telecommunication companies who outsource their NOC (Network Operation Centre) and sales to other companies.
Currently we are searching System Engineer for this team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and maintaining all Monitoring Systems.
- Operation and management of various vendor products and different soft switches.
- Analyze and report QoS of the network.
- Good knowledge about SMS traffic (SMPP, HTTP). IP trace monitoring & analysis.
- Fault handling and escalation (identifying and responding to faults on systems and networks) and follow up vendor communication and execute as per requirement.
- Traffic routing and modification.
- Provisioning carriers, IP addition, carrier activation, deactivation, conducting various test session etc.
- Facilities maintenance, running health check and security of system.
- Participate in a 24×7 call-out rotation for service back up through roster duty.
