Additional Requirements

Practical experience in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Email correspondence.
Strong field-level knowledge and practical experience in handling regulatory procedures.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with government bodies.
Ability to demonstrate how to efficiently manage multiple licensing processes concurrently, ensuring a high level of accuracy and compliance.
Familiar with Bangladesh’s regulatory environment is essential.

Establish and maintain effective liaison with government and semi-government agencies, including Bangladesh Investment Development Authority (BIDA), Directorate General of Drug Administration (DGDA), DC Office, and relevant ministries.
Oversee the application, renewal, and compliance processes for a wide range of licenses and permits.
Ensure timely renewal and submission of necessary documentation to maintain regulatory compliance.
Coordinate with internal team to gather and prepare required documents for government submissions.
Stay updated on changes in regulatory requirements and ensure the company is aligned accordingly.
Obtain and renew licenses and approvals such as Trade License, Fire License, Factory License, Explosive License, BERC License, BIDA registration and amendments, CCI&E permissions, BTRC License, BSTI Certification, Department of Environment (DoE) clearances, industry association memberships, Narcotics License, Atomic Energy License, DGDA License, Boiler License, and BIWTA License.
