Requirements

Education

• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)

• Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology,BRAC University,Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology,Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology,Khulna University students will get preference

Experience

• 4 to 6 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Engineering Firms, Consulting Firms, Real Estate, Group of Companies

Additional Requirements

• Age 26 to 32 years

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, 3Ds Max, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.

• Excellent design aesthetics, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.

• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Understanding of sustainability and smart design principles.

Responsibilities & Context

• Design and develop architectural concepts and prepare master plans for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.

• Produce detailed architectural drawings, 3D visuals, and construction documents using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, or similar software.

• Review and interpret technical drawings and specifications, ensuring they meet regulatory requirements and company standards.

• Collaborate with structural, electrical, plumbing, and interior design teams for integrated project development.

• Obtain necessary approvals and permits from government authorities like RAJUK, City Corporation, Fire Service, etc.

• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure design intent and quality standards are implemented during construction.

• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers for material specifications and quality assurance.

• Maintain updated knowledge of local building codes (BNBC), environmental regulations, and green building standards.

• Work with the marketing team to develop project presentations, brochures, and promotional visuals.

• Provide technical support during bidding, budgeting, and client meetings.
