Requirements

Education

• Master’s Degree in Social Sciences, Statistics, Development Studies or any relevant field from any recognized university (both public or private university) along with a minimum of 05 to 07 years of experience in relevant field in the rural context.

Experience

• Must have valid driving license and willing to drive motor bike.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with project monitoring tools.
• Essential Requirements
• Experience on report writing both English and Bengali.
• Excellent skills on conducting training on relevant subject and developing monitoring tools, data collection, data analysis (both quantitative and qualitative data), writing case studies, documenting case management, developing M&E Framework, etc.
• It is a condition of employment that staff abides by all policies including safeguarding of children and project participants, code of conduct, etc..
• Desirable Requirements
• Adequate experience on Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability & Learning (MEAL)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, including government officials, community leaders, and project staff
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a proactive, results-oriented approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
• Team player with experience in multi-cultural and multi-ethnic environments for achievement of org. Additional Requirements.
• Strong practical knowledge of “Safeguarding of children and project participants”.

Contract Duration: Upto 30 June 2026 (the employment contract for this position is renewable on annual basis subject to availability of fund)

• Salary & Benefits: Monthly consolidated Salary ranges from Tk. 33,000/- to 35,000/- (depending on experience)
