Education

Bachelors Degree in any discipline along with a minimum of 03 to 05 years of experience in relevant field in the rural context. However, for extra-ordinary qualified having proven experience and track record, the educational qualification can be flexible.

Additional Requirements

Minimum 3 (three) years’ experience with National and/or International NGO(s) in the field of ECD, education, safeguarding of children and project participants as well the socio-economic and health rights).
Experience on community mobilization on children education and collaborative work experience with Govt./Non-govt educational institutions (both primary and secondary level).
Practical experience on implementing CD activities through community-based learning centers,
Excellent skills on conducting training on relevant subject.
Strong and proven experience in Coordinating ECD, Learning Center activities for the development of the children and link them with the mainstream education system at local level.
Proven experience on developing and operating child friendly centers.
Adequate knowledge on the Bangladesh’s Education System thus to ensure inclusive and equitable quality education and promote lifelong learning opportunities for all.
Proven experience in conducting relevant subject related training to the learning center educators, mobilizing community people for “including and quality education” for all children. Safeguarding of children and project participants, teaching aids/tools developments, etc.
Assist the supervisor with quality data, documentation and reporting.
Keep track records of all activities performed on daily basis.

Location: Union level under Barguna Sadar Upazilla, Barguna

Contract Duration: Upto 30 June 2026 (the employment contract for this position is renewable on annual basis subject to availability of fund)

Reporting and Documentation

Salary & Benefits: Monthly consolidated Salary ranges from Tk. 16,000/- to 18,000/- (depending on experience)
Field Travel Allowance, Mobile Bill Allowance
Salary Review: Yearly
Festival Bonus: Equivalent to one-month gross salary per year (As per HR Policy)
