Responsibilities & Context

The Associate Brand Manager will assist the Brand Head in developing and executing brand strategies to drive growth and increase brand awareness. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support marketing initiatives, manage product portfolios, and analyze market trends. The Associate Brand Manager will play a key role in executing marketing campaigns, managing budgets, and monitoring brand performance metrics.

  • Develop brand strategies aligned with company objectives and target audience insights.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the Brand Manager to refine brand positioning and messaging.
  • Assist in planning, executing, and evaluating marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for campaign implementation.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide optimization recommendations.
  • Manage the product portfolio, including launches and lifecycle management.
  • Ensure product alignment with brand positioning and objectives.
  • Develop pricing strategies and promotional plans.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels.
  • Manage brand guidelines and ensure adherence to brand standards.
  • Collaborate with design teams to create compelling brand assets.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape.
  • Prepare regular reports summarizing brand performance and insights.
  • Utilize data analytics tools to track key performance indicators.
  • Assist in developing and managing marketing budgets.
  • Monitor budget performance and recommend adjustments for optimization.
