Job Context:

Rupayan Land Development Ltd. is a sister concern of RUPAYAN GROUP, which is a leading Real Estate Company in Bangladesh. Right now we are looking for AGM/DGM (Apartments & Land Sales) under the Sales department, who will share our pride and support our continuous business growth by showcasing his talent, skill, experience, expertise, dedication, integrity, accountability & transparency.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans aligned with the organization’s vision and goals.
  • Periodically review and revise strategies based on performance metrics and market dynamics.
  • Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Continuously analyze performance and adjust plans to optimize results and ensure achievement of targets.
  • Lead and execute sales campaigns and promotional activation programs to drive engagement. Build strong relationships with customers, understand market trends, and align strategies accordingly.
  • Work closely with departments such as Product Acquisition, Marketing, and Business Development to ensure smooth execution of sales strategies and unified organizational efforts.
  • Identify potential markets, generate new leads, and explore untapped business opportunities.
  • Guide and support the sales team to achieve assigned objectives.
  • Develop sales guidelines and frameworks to ensure consistent delivery of superior customer service and a remarkable client experience.
  • Maintain and manage a well-organized sales database aligned with organizational systems for accurate reporting and follow-ups.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities. Develop proactive strategies to stay ahead in the competitive landscape.
  • Conduct market research and data-driven analysis to inform strategic decisions and improve sales performance.
  • Foster a culture of openness, trust, motivation, and collaboration within the team.
  • Provide support and guidance to enhance team productivity and morale.
  • Demonstrate flexibility in managing business fluctuations. Exhibit persuasive communication skills and a charismatic leadership style.
