- Reporting to management.
- To achieve the target, call prospective and existing customers to explain the products.
- To follow up Customer Feedback & Report to Management.

- Excellent communication skill in both Bengali & English.

Responsibilities & Context
- Assist in social media marketing (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)
- Engage with potential customers via Phone Calls & WhatsApp campaigns
- Generate leads and follow up with healthcare professionals
- Track performance metrics and optimize campaigns
