Responsibilities & Context

• Arrange appropriate warehousing for materials receiving, dispatching, stacking & quality control.
• Maintain and manage the availability of products as per requisition.
• Monitor and manage stock levels, delivery times.
• Get information about confirmed orders from sales team and invoice in Oracle as well as delivery.
• Prepare various reports and charts such as warehouse cleaning chart, warehouse report, receive & dispatch report, daily status report.
• Supervise warehouse cleaner, labor and security guards.
• Monitoring of non-conforming and rejected materials.
• Ensure product safety through proper storing and preservation.
