Responsibilities & Context

The role is responsible for managing and directing the organization toward its strategic and operational objectives, ensuring profitability and optimal return on capital. The position requires strong leadership and hands-on involvement in operations, reporting directly to top management.

• Develop and implement long-term strategic goals, plans, and policies, subject to board approval.
• Lead and manage daily operations to achieve budgeted financial and operational targets.
• Provide both strategic and technical direction across programs, ensuring operational efficiency.
• Contribute to business unit strategies through active participation in planning and decision-making.
• Set and monitor performance goals, KPIs, and develop a responsibility matrix for all operational functions
