At least 2 years of hands-on digital marketing experience.
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Digital Marketing, E-commerce, SEO, Email Marketing.
Excellent communication and content-writing skills in English & Bangla
Strong understanding of SEO, SMM, Local SEO, Paid Advertisement and Email Marketing
Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Facebook Ads Manager and Keyword research Platforms.
Familiarity with HTML, CSS and CMS Platforms like- WordPress

Copywriting, Digital Content Development, Digital Marketing, Marketing & Business Development, Online Service, Market Place, SEO and Google Ads, Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.

Identify and nurture quality leads through platforms like- Linkedin, Email, SEO and Digital Ads.
Plan and write engaging content for blogs, paid ads, Landing pages, emails and social media.
Work closely with the sales team to convert digital interest into real business opportunities.
Contribute to client acquisition by combining digital outreach with content-driven campaigns.
Perform market and competitor research to identify untapped growth areas.
Maintain a consistent brand voice across all digital channels.
Plan and manage email marketing campaigns with tools like Mailchimp.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance using GA4, Meta Business Suite, and Google Ads Manager.
Prepare insightful weekly/monthly reports with recommendations for improvement.
Understand user journeys and conversion funnels to improve campaign performance.
Use tools like SEMrush, Google Data Studio, and Excel to track KPIs and ROI.
