Responsibilities & Context

• Ensuring timely product delivery to the market as per given order.
• Preparing distribution route and make effective delivery schedule to minimize delivery expenses.
• Preparing invoice and keeping sales and collection record of MPO’s in ERP system.
• To keep record of depot stock according to ERP and sending stock reconciliation report to the management.
• Ensure timely collection of DA’s sales proceeds to deposit in company’s bank accounts accordingly.
• In order to ensure optimum product stock in depot, product requisition to be send central distribution department time to time.
• To keep update/management department related file/register/document accordingly.
• To execute any other assigned responsibility by the higher authority.
• Maintain Proper route management of vehicles.
