    Manufacturing (FMCG), Tiles/Ceramic

Additional Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in relevant fields.
  • Preference for FMCG experience, particularly in Detergent and Toiletries industries, will be highly valued, as it showcases familiarity with the unique challenges and dynamics of this industry.
  • The applicant must possess a deep understanding Of corporate sales and marketing strategies, with a track record of implementing effective plans to expand market share and boost revenue.

Responsibilities & Context

SAK Consumer Products Limited (SAK CPL) recently initiated its journey with a brand-new name and de-termination, formerly known as R.A.K. Consumer Products Limited. SAK Consumer Products Limited (SAK CPL) entered the industry back in 2009 and started its operation in 2012, which was known as R.A.K. Mosfly.

SAK CPL is a comparatively new venture, manufacturing high-quality health and home care products and aiming to lead the industry as one of the most innovative FMCG companies in Bangladesh.

Job Responsibility:

Sales and Business Development:

  • Identify and target potential corporate clients in super shops, hotels, restaurants, and corporate offices.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive prospecting and lead generation activities.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with corporate clients to secure new business opportunities.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within corporate clients’ organizations.
  • Understand clients’ needs and requirements to tailor solutions that address their specific hygiene challenges.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Presentation and Pitching:

  • Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and pitches to corporate clients, showcasing the benefits and features of our hygiene products.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products and services to drive client engagement and interest.
  • Customize presentations to align with the unique needs and preferences of each corporate client.

Market Research and Analysis:

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to gain insights into potential target markets and customer segments.
  • Utilize market intelligence to refine sales strategies and tactics for maximum effectiveness.

Collaboration and Coordination:

  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop marketing materials, campaigns, and promotional activities targeting corporate clients.
  • Coordinate with internal departments such as logistics and operations to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, achievements, and challenges to the management team.
