Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic professional to drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement, shape organizational culture, and improve employee experience. This role will work closely with HR leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful programs aligned with bKash’s values and strategic priorities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design and implement employee engagement and org. culture shaping interventions that foster a purpose-driven workplace.

• Map and improve the employee journey, leveraging feedback and data to enhance employee engagement and retention.

• Design and implement “Exemplify” Projects and “be well” Projects to increase employee experience and wellbeing.
• Organize company level employee events and recognition programs to boost morale and sense of belonging.
• Manage new joiners’ induction program, including CHRO Connect, to ensure strong early engagement.
• Contribute to HR frameworks and projects through research and collaboration.
• Support in designing and implementing company-wide OD initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness, leadership, culture, and engagement.
