  • Patient Coordination: Managing all aspects of the patient’s journey, from initial inquiry to post-treatment follow-up.
  • Hospital and Clinic Liaison: Building and maintaining relationships with hospitals and clinics in the designated destination.
  • Travel and Accommodation Arrangements: Organizing flights, transportation, and accommodation for patients and their companions.
  • Financial Management: Handling payments, insurance claims, and cost estimations.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Promoting medical tourism services and packages.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensuring high standards of care and patient satisfaction.
  • Legal and Ethical Compliance: Adhering to all relevant laws and regulations related to medical tourism.
  • Cultural Sensitivity: Understanding and respecting cultural differences of patients and healthcare providers.
