Education
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
- Bachelor of Business Administration at any reputed Institute/University (Major: Accounting /Banking /Finance).
Experience
- At least 3 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Inventory/Warehouse, Interior Design
Additional Requirements
- Age 23 to 40 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following inventory. area(s): Store Management/Store inventory.
- Positive attitude.
- Organized & Discipline.
- Excellent command in MS Office applications.
Responsibilities & Context
- Ensure to maintain proper reconciliation of materials for both issue & stock along with records.
- Ensure to maintain all required documents properly such as; gate pass, all types of challan, invoice, test standard, certificate etc.
- To coordinate procurement and other departments as per requirement.
- Ensure Logistic support timely as when and where needed.
- Maintain the register (Primary product Procurement Register, daily actives Register, Processing Loss Register, Finished Goods Register & Daily Distribution Register).
- Ensure all receive and Distribution of Store materials are properly documented.
- Monitor warehouse activities to ensure that goods are stored correctly and safely and warehouse space is used efficiently.
- Maintain total store and inventory management.
- Able to work under pressure & long time and complete the task within a preset time frame.
- Applicant must be honest, sincere, and hardworking & respect to the work.
- Must update the inventory record regularly and able to prepare monthly stock report.
- Monitor the levels of supplies and raw materials to determine shortages.
- Prepare detailed reports on inventory operations, stock levels, and adjustments.
