Responsibilities & Context
- As stated by Head of the department.
- Responsible for All the activities of Depot Operations.
- To set objective, Action plans & Strategies to operate distribution network to achieve depot’s target.
- To ensure & supervise timely processing & follow up proper invoicing for stock out from store for onward supply in time according to the customers need.
- Organize the distribution team to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Control over inventory management when products as per requirement.
- To supervise, monitor & checking to update depot monthly accounts receivable, payable & reconciliation of total cash sales & credit collection with bank deposit including closing stock statement & send Head Office to regularize for final adjustment.
- Prepare Monthly & Annual Depot Operational Budget & ensure that operational cost within the budget.
