Job Description: Photographer (Fashion Clothing Brand)

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Photographer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality visual content that aligns with the brand’s identity, sales and enhances our marketing, e-commerce, and social media presence.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Direction & Planning

• Collaborate with design, creative, and marketing teams to develop photography concepts.
• Research industry trends and bring fresh, innovative ideas for campaigns and product shoots.
• Plan and execute lookbooks, editorial shoots, campaign visuals, and seasonal promotions.

Photography & Execution

• Capture high-quality images of clothing, accessories, and lifestyle content.
• Direct models during photoshoots to reflect the brand’s desired aesthetic and mood.
• Ensure accurate representation of fabric, texture, and color in all visuals.
• Conduct both studio and outdoor/on-location shoots.

Post-Production & Editing

• Retouch and edit images while maintaining consistency with brand guidelines.
• Deliver final assets optimized for e-commerce, social media, and print.
• Ensure professional output that reflects the premium quality of the brand.

Operational & Technical

• Set up and manage cameras, lighting, and other photography equipment.
• Organize and maintain a digital photo archive for easy access.
• Resolve technical issues promptly to meet production schedules.

Collaboration & Brand Alignment

• Work closely with stylists, makeup artists, models, and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate with marketing and social media teams to deliver timely content.
• Uphold the brand’s visual storytelling and ensure consistency across all platforms.
