- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s/MBA in Marketing or Business is preferred).
Experience
- At least 12 years
Additional Requirements
- Age 30 to 40 years
- Minimum 12 years of experience in sales and distribution roles.
- Prior experience in toys, FMCG, or consumer goods industries will be preferred.
- Strong background in team management and regional sales operations.
Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Deep knowledge of the Dhaka market and consumer behavior.
- Strong planning, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Willingness to travel regularly within the region.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a highly capable and motivated Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to manage and drive our sales operations across the Dhaka region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies within the assigned region.
- Supervise and support Area Sales Managers (ASMs) and field sales teams.
- Achieve regional sales targets and ensure market share growth.
- Manage distributor and retailer networks, ensuring smooth product flow.
- Monitor competitors’ activities and respond proactively to market trends.
- Conduct market visits, provide on-ground support, and gather feedback.
- Organize and lead promotional events, retail activations, and dealer meetings.
- Prepare regular sales reports and communicate performance updates to senior management.
