Additional Requirements
- 8–10 years of experience in loan operations or servicing, including 2–3 years in a supervisory capacity.
- Proven expertise in CBS platforms, particularly Temenos T24.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance and audit procedures is advantageous.
Responsibilities & Context
1. CBS Loan Operations & Oversight
· Administer end-to-end loan servicing processes in CBS, including account creation, disbursement, repayment scheduling, and NPL tracking.
· Monitor system integrity and resolve transactional discrepancies to ensure accurate data flow.
2. System Monitoring & Enhancement
· Collaborate with Business Transformation (BT) teams to troubleshoot CBS issues and contribute to system improvement initiatives.
3. Product & Regulatory Configuration
· Support CBS updates for new products and regulatory changes in coordination with technical and compliance teams.
4. Issue Resolution & Escalation Management
· Lead root cause analysis for complex CBS-related issues and coordinate resolution with relevant stakeholders.
5. Interest Rate Execution
· Implement approved interest rate changes in CBS and ensure timely client communication.
6. Audit & Compliance Support
· Maintain audit-ready documentation and respond to internal and external audit queries using CBS data.
7. Client Support & Documentation Delivery
· Ensure prompt resolution of client inquiries and timely delivery of documents such as tax certificates, NOCs, settlement breakdowns, and CBS postings (e.g., renewal, restructures, rescheduling, write-offs).
8. Process Optimization & Special Projects
· Drive operational efficiency, reduce turnaround time, and lead management-assigned initiatives for continuous improvement.
