Education
- Bachelor/Honors
- Masters
- The candidate must have Bachelors or Masters in Finance or Accounting from any reputed University with CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) or CA (Chartered Accountant) or CMA (Cost Management Accountant) degree.
Experience
- At least 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Leasing
Additional Requirements
- 05 years experience in the relevant field as a Financial Analyst in any Bank/Finance company. The candidate should have thorough knowledge of long term financial planning and Modeling, and its implementation strategy.
- Age 35 (may be extended for experienced persons)
Responsibilities & Context
Terms of Reference (ToR) / Responsibilities
- Provide analytical support to Management & Board in terms of any financial data
- Expertise in Financial Modeling
- To prepare various Long Term Financial Planning for the company
- Identifying financial risks/crisis issues and develop the way out to overcome those
- Guide cost analysis process
- Determine cost of operations by collecting operational data
- Determine accurate Cost of Fund for the company
- Work closely with top management and if necessary with the Board
- Develop liabilities and asset products applicable for this institute and market
- Any other work/responsibility as and when assigned by the Management of the company
- Should have excellent IT skill particularly in MS-Excel & MS-Power Point
