Responsibilities & Context

  • Develop & implement strategic HR plans aligned with company goals.
  • Oversee recruitment, manpower planning, payroll, and HR administration.
  • Lead training & development, orientation, and skill-building programs.
  • Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions.
  • Ensure 100% compliance with Labor Law 2006, Labor Rules, and buyer COC.
  • Handle technical, social, environmental, and security audits (CTPAT, BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, ISO, GRS, GOTS, BCI)
  • Monitor certifications and maintain audit readiness.
  • Coordinate with government bodies, compliance auditors, RSC, BGMEA, BKMEA, and buyers.
  • Promote a safe, ethical, and sustainable workplace culture.
  • Lead and motivate the HR & compliance team; implement corrective actions and improvements.
