Additional Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS) in
- garment/apparel/industrial sectors.
- Technical audit facing capacity is mandatory (ISO, buyer audits, factory assessments,
- etc.).
- Strong knowledge of QMS, ISO standards, SOPs, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent skills in documentation, analysis, and communication.
Responsibilities & Context
QMS Implementation & Maintenance
- Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with
- company and international standards.
- Monitor compliance with SOPs, manuals, and buyer quality requirements.
- Regularly review processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and quality.
Technical Audit & Compliance
- Act as the focal person during technical audits and buyer assessments.
- Ensure all documents, processes, and evidence are audit-ready.
- Assist management in preparing Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) and follow-up
- implementation.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain QMS documents, records, and manuals accurately.
- Control QMS documentation and ensure updates are shared with relevant departments.
- Prepare monthly QMS performance and compliance reports for management.
Training & Awareness
- Organize training sessions for staff on QMS, SOPs, and audit readiness.
- Build awareness among employees about quality standards and compliance requirements.
- Conduct internal QMS audits and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
Continuous Improvement
- Identify risks, gaps, and non-conformities within the QMS.
- Propose and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Support management in meeting buyer technical standards and certification requirements.
Coordination & Communication
- Collaborate with HR, Compliance, Production, and QA teams to integrate QMS standards.
- Communicate effectively with buyers, auditors, and external agencies regarding technical
compliance.
- Promote a culture of continuous quality improvement within the organization.
