Requirements
Education
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Automobile Engineering
- Diploma in Engineering in Automobile
- B. Sc/ Diploma in Automobile Engineering
- Any Professional Certifications in Automobile Engineering will be an added advantage
Experience
- At least 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies
Additional Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant field
- Strong knowledge of vehicle repair, workshop operations and BRTA rules & regulations
- Familiarity with billing, procurement, and vendor management processes
- Effective communication, liaison, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office for data reporting and analysis

To support and strengthen our existing team we are looking for smart, ambitious, energetic, intelligent and committed individuals for the position:
Job Description
- Receive and register all service and maintenance requests for official vehicles in a timely and accurate manner
- Monitor vehicle repair and servicing activities at designated workshops to ensure both timeliness and quality of work.
- Obtain quotations from workshops and forward them to the Head of Vehicle Management for review and approval
- Assist in the renewal process of vehicle documents and certificates, including License, Tax Token, Fitness Certificate, and Route Permit from BRTA and other authorities
- Collect and verify service bills from workshops and suppliers, ensuring accuracy and consistency with the actual services rendered
- Identify requirements for spare parts, tools, and accessories for official vehicles and ensure proper stock management
- Initiate purchase requisitions for necessary items, follow up with vendors, and ensure timely procurement and delivery
- Maintain accurate records of drivers` attendance, duty rosters, and overtime hours. Process overtime claims and coordinate with HR and Accounts Departments for timely disbursement of payments
- Prepare and maintain monthly reports on fuel and gas consumption, highlighting usage trends, variances, and discrepancies. Ensure accountability in fuel distribution and monitor records against vehicle logbooks
- Maintain up-to-date documentation for all vehicles, including fitness, tax token, route permit, and insurance papers. Coordinate with BRTA and other regulatory bodies to ensure timely renewals and statutory compliance
