Additional Requirements
- Age At least 35 years
- Minimum 7–10 years’ experience in factory store/warehouse management (preferably in manufacturing, cookware, or home appliances sector).
- Strong knowledge of ERP/inventory management software and modern warehouse practices.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure with integrity and accuracy.
Responsibilities & Context
Job Context:
Jamuna Electronics & Automobiles Ltd., one of the largest electronics and home appliance manufacturers in Bangladesh, is expanding its Home Appliances & Cookware Production Division. We are looking for a skilled and experienced professional to join our team at the Jamuna Industrial Park, Gazipur.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the entire factory store operations (raw materials, spare parts, finished goods).
- Maintain accurate inventory records through ERP/automated systems.
- Ensure proper storage, handling, and timely supply of materials to production lines.
- Monitor stock levels, forecast demand, and minimize wastage or stock-out situations.
- Develop and enforce store policies for material security, cleanliness, and safety compliance.
- Coordinate with Production, Procurement, and Supply Chain departments for smooth operations.
- Lead, supervise, and train store staff to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Prepare periodic stock reports and support internal/external audits.
