Bikroy is currently seeking dynamic and skilled Associate/Specialist Key Account Managers (KAM) to oversee strategic client relationships across our Vehicle and Property verticals. As a KAM, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing long-term partnerships with our most valuable clients by understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions. Your mission? Job Title: Associate Key Account Manager / Specialist Key Account Manager
Verticals: KAM Vehicle & KAM Property
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Conduct daily client visits to build and maintain strong relationships with corporate accounts.
- Generate new business opportunities and expand existing client portfolios through customized solutions.
- Serve as the primary liaison between key clients and internal teams, resolving issues and maintaining trust.
- Collaborate across departments to maximize revenue via up-selling and cross-selling Bikroy’s products and services.
- Prepare and update KPI reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for internal and external stakeholders.
- Present account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to vertical leads.
- Ensure monthly/quarterly KPIs (acquisition & revenue targets) are met or exceeded.
- Take ownership of new revenue-generating projects and drive strategic growth initiatives.
