Education
- Bachelor/Honors
Experience
- 1 to 4 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Group of Companies, Animal/Plant Breeding
Additional Requirements
- Age 24 to 30 years
- Good understanding of production planning and quality control.
- Familiarity with feed mill machinery and production processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office and production reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Responsibilities & Context
- Supervise feed production and ensure accurate material feeding as per batch formulas.
- Check availability of raw materials, premixes, and medicines before the shift starts.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly production targets while maintaining product quality.
- Dump raw materials and monitor consumption as per FIFO.
- Ensure proper handover of shift and report material/feed balances to the store officer.
- Coordinate with Quality Control for raw material and product inspections.
- Maintain health, hygiene, and safety standards on the production floor.
- Prepare and raise requisitions for raw materials and supplies.
- Supervise workers and assign responsibilities to ensure workflow.
- Monitor output, control production costs, and reduce resource wastage.
- Ensure timely loading of finished goods as per challan and delivery schedules.
- Support vehicle servicing and coordinate with the distribution team.
- Work closely with Sales, Supply Chain, and other departments to solve production-related issues.
- Prepare reports on production, inventory, and material usage.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management.
