Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Leather engineering/Science/Business from Public, Private or Oversees University.
- A PGD/Diploma degree from reputed institution on footwear manufacturing will add more value.
Experience
- At least 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Tannery/Footwear

- Age 28 to 32 years
- Experienced in troubleshooting sewing-related defects and implementing preventive actions.

Responsibilities & Context
- Ensure Productivity and Target achievement by proper support from the Supervisor·
- Confirm Target, SMV with IE and Production Planning on previous working day.
- Ensure concern line quality and quantity as per SOP and Target. (AQL).
- Close shop order as per SOP (1000 pairs within 3 days).
- Ensure FTR (First Time Pass) and control rework below 2%.
- Process synchronizes to ensure best line balancing and proper utilization of manpower.
