Education
- Master of Business Management (MBM) in Cost & Management Accounting
- Bachelor of Social Science (BSS) in Cost & Management Accounting
Experience
- 1 to 2 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Food (Packaged)
Additional Requirements
- Age 25 to 35 years
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (preference in Business Administration, Management, Industrial Production or Supply Chain).
- 1–2 years of practical experience in production, factory operations or packaging management.
- Strong leadership, team management and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
- Prior knowledge of computer operations and production management software will be an advantage.
- Must be honest, responsible and dedicated to work.
Responsibilities & Context
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise all production and packaging activities.
- Prepare production schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Manage raw material sourcing, supplier relations and transactional activities.
- Supervise the packaging process and ensure strict quality control.
- Assign responsibilities to packaging staff, provide training, monitor performance and conduct evaluations.
- Resolve issues promptly and provide regular reports to management.
- Control costs and minimize waste to ensure more efficient production operations.
- Collaborate with management to implement new plans and strategies.
