Additional Requirements
- Age 55 to 65 years
- At least 15 years experiences in any reputed Public/Private university.
- Minimum 10 years Deputy Registrar or 03 years as Additional Registrar experiences in the same or equivalent position is preferred.
- The incumbent should have fluent communication and writing skill in both Bangla & English with IT Knowledge.
- In depth knowledge in Private University Act 2010. Excellent interpersonal communication skills and IT knowledge.
- Attuned to detail and insistent on correct information and data, both verbal and written;
- Experience with student information systems; development of reports, plans and budgets, and regulations related to student records;
- Demonstrated experience to manage complex operations and systems.
- Skills /Abilities: Ability to formulate and implement policies and procedures. Proven commitment to multiculturalism and working with a diverse student body.
- Ability to engage in critical thinking problem-solving skills and exercise independent judgment. Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage confidential information. Ability to communicate effectively in written and oral form. Ability to take initiative without direct supervision.
Responsibilities & Context
Master’s degree in a relevant filed with at least 15 years of experiences out of which at least 10 years as a Deputy Registrar or 3 years as Additional Registrar of any university or similar academic institution.
• Candidates having M. Phil, PhD along with some teaching experience may be given preference.
